This policy explains what information BuildAIRight ("we", "us") collects when you visit buildairight.com, and what happens to it. The short version: this website does not sell your information, does not show ads, and does not use tracking cookies.
What you send us
The proposal form does not store anything on this website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email", the form opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. What you choose to send (your name, business name, phone number and what you need) reaches us through WhatsApp or email.
We use it only to answer you and to prepare your proposal. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
What the website itself records
- Server logs. Like most websites, the server keeps basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time) to keep the site running and secure.
- Your browser only. The site remembers in your own browser that you closed the WhatsApp greeting, so it does not pop up again during your visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- No tracking cookies and no advertising tools are used on this site.
Outside services
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages you send there, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
Keeping and deleting it
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and to work together. You can ask us at any time what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
